The personality of Hazrat Imam Ali (a.s.) is still hidden from view,

The personality of Hazrat Imam Ali (a.s.) is still hidden from view,

Professor Hujjatul Islam Qobadi, stating that Imam Ali (AS) had no closer friend and companion than Hazrat Zahra (SA), said that describing the personality of the child of the Kaaba is essential for every era and generation and has many educational, cultural and political benefits.

Religious researcher Hojjatul Islam Alireza Qobadi said in an interview that Imam Ali (AS) is a rare and unique figure in human history, especially the history of Islam, which is why a lot has been written about the various aspects and characteristics of his personality. But despite this, no one has claimed to describe his personality as truthfully as possible.

He further said that the personality of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) is still hidden from view, therefore, it is very important for people of every generation and age to reveal different aspects of his personality, as well as to describe his moral, political and cultural characteristics, because this process has educational, cultural and political benefits.

As it is narrated that the remembrance of Imam Ali (a.s.) is worship.

In this discussion, we will describe the personality of the executor of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) from the perspective of someone who had a close relationship with him.

Qubadi said that none of Imam Ali's (a.s.) closest friends can reach the position of Hazrat Fatima (a.s.). Apart from being the wife of Amir al-Mu'minin (a.s.), she is also his closest friend and life partner.

Although this daughter of the Messenger of God (PBUH) herself holds a unique position and example, she, as the closest companion of Imam Ali (AS), waged a unique jihad to maintain the position (wilayah) of the Commander of the Faithful and to prove his social status.

The religious scholar further said that the main difference between the friendship of other companions of Imam Ali (AS) and the friendship of Hazrat Fatima (SA) is that Hazrat Zahra (SA) supported Ali (AS) in the most difficult historical situations when he was alone and even before he asked for help, Zahra (SA) came to his aid. When everyone turned their backs on Ali (AS) or remained silent, it was Fatima (SA) who stayed with him, gave sermons and started the Jihad of explanation.

Thus, the daughter of the Prophet (PBUH), Nika Akhtar, sacrificed her entire being for Ali in the path of Jihad.

He further said that the question is why Hazrat Zahra (PBUH) continued to support the Commander of the Faithful (PBUH) despite knowing that his support would not bring any significant change in the situation at that time?

We must find the answer to this question in the perspective of Hazrat Zahra (a.s.) regarding the position of Imamate. Because Hazrat Zahra (a.s.), unlike the people of her time, knew very well that the harm done to Ali was not limited to Ali's personality and the short period of his material life.

The result of the policy of imprisoning Imam Ali (AS) is to say goodbye to the lofty goals and values of the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) and his mission, and to forget the principles and truth of human life until the Day of Judgment.

In other words, the purpose of Hazrat Zahra's standing in support of the Commander of the Faithful (a.s.) was not only to defend Ali's personality, but rather the purpose of this standing and support was to revive the true teachings, values, beliefs, and social life of the religion brought by the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.a.) on the basis of the life of the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.a.) until the Day of Judgment.

Hujjatul Islam Qubadi further said that for this reason, Hazrat Zahra sacrificed her entire being in this path of jihad and continued to defend Imam Ali (AS) even on her sick bed when she was no longer able to continue supporting him in normal circumstances. Thus, the daughter of the Messenger of God (PBUH) described the personality characteristics of Amir al-Mu'minin (AS) on her sick bed.

In a part of his speech during the last days of his life, he (S) mentioned the style of governance of Amir al-Mu'minin (S) and said: By God, if Ali had assumed the caliphate, whenever people started to deviate from the path or refused to accept clear evidence, Ali (A) would have gently guided the people to the straight path in a way that neither caused any pain to the people nor made the officials feel bored. It is as if Amir al-Mu'minin (A)'s governance over the people is like quenching the thirsty with a clear spring.

The religious scholar further said that Imam Ali (AS) was a ruler who showed compassion and kindness towards the people. He was a ruler who did not take even a tiny bit of benefit from the wealth of the society for himself.

The style of governance of this successor of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) was so just and transparent that a clear distinction was made between the worldly and the worldly-minded, and likewise between the truthful and the liar. That is why his bravery and valor have been recorded in history as a model of action forever.
